I literally used every scrap of the two metres I had of this gorgeous French Terry fabric, so much so that the only thing I couldn’t get out of it was the waistband for the sweatshirt but I think it works ok without it actually so I might try another version without sometime but I’ll probably lengthen it a little bit 😉 xx

I forgot how quickly chunky knitting works up! I’ve almost finished the back of my jumper and I’m really enjoying knitting with this fluffy Rowan brushed fleece. Swipe to see what I’m making...
Knitting and watching Mad Men in the evenings is my little bit of relaxing time at the moment - what’s in your knitting bag (if you’re a knitter) if not what are you watching?? 👀 Xx #nosey
Another one of my ‘fancy’ Billie sweatshirt 😂 I realised after making this that I have hardly any black in my wardrobe so I think this will be a staple.
All the details, fabric links and a few more pics can be found over on my @minervadotcom profile (link in bio).

Here’s to experimenting and scrap busting more in the future 😊 xx

Getting this pup was one of the best things we’ve done as a family. This past couple of weeks has felt a bit rough but one thing that always makes me feel better is getting us out for a walk! Even in 0 degree temperatures like today brrrrrr!! 🥶
My latest make is now up on my Minerva profile (th My latest make is now up on my Minerva profile (there’s a link in my bio). I made another @tillybuttons Billie Sweatshirt in this beautiful black lace knit fabric. I was originally planning to do the balloon sleeve just at the cuff not the shoulder but in the end decided to go for maximum gather as I wanted a more dressy look for this one. I also lengthened the sleeve by 2.5cm as I found my last versions they came up a little short and I wanted more of that lovely pooling effect at the cuff. I love how different this Billie feels to my others 💗 You can never have too many Billie sweatshirts right?? Xx

I’ve heard people say they use the Trello app to plan their makes - anyone that organised and have any tips?? Xx

This is a free pattern from the @rowanyarns website and I knit it in the recommended Sultano Fine yarn which is SO soft and cosy. This was such an enjoyable project and I’ll be wearing it out on my dog walks with pride 🤣 Sometimes a quick and easy knitting project is just what you need in the evenings isn’t it...!
I’m also wearing my @grainlinestudio Linden Sweatshirt in this photo - such a cosy combination 😊 xx
